ifmc (Interdependent Free Market
Consortium)
The ifmc is a portfolio of companies that sell commercial and industrial
products and services. It includes businesses in all stages of the
business life cycle, including "incubation" and is designed to assist businesses to
achieve "prime".
This arrangement provides small businesses with the
opportunity to participate in best practices and economies of scale with other businesses. It
also provides immediate access to manufacturing resources and a variety of business services, while only paying for them when they
are used. Historically this has allowed a business unit to be up and
running much quicker, without being distracted by non-core activities as it
pursues and attains its goals for profitable growth.
Additional businesses who offer a unique value proposition to
their customers are sought to be added to the portfolio while those that do not
achieve success are removed.
Examples of the industries and markets currently served by the
ifmc include;
- Agriculture
- Material Handling
- Information Security
- Recycling
- Automotive
- Food and Beverage
